Tdh deals with dramatic increase in child migration, human trafficking and exploitation. It also helps to improve community health facilities, water and sanitation systems, schools and the child protection system which are largely dysfunctional. The local teams of Tdh rehabilitate health facilities and work to improve children’s health. Tdh also fight against child labour.

The Partnership of THIS with Tdh started from 2010 to 2015. The former projects were implemented in Humla district of Nepal and the projects were:

- Mala IV ( Integrated Child Protection) (2013-2015)
